Custom Contract Management Platform for Tulpen.nl

The Client

Tulpen.nl is an online flower shop selling tulips directly from their own nursery. With a strong focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and quality, they deliver colorful tulips and gifts year-round, straight from the greenhouse to the customer’s vase.

The Challenge

Tulpen.nl did not have a centralized solution for managing contracts with customers and suppliers. Each year, numerous contracts were created and signed, but they were stored across separate documents, emails, and folder structures. This resulted in inefficiencies, lack of oversight, and increased risk of errors.

Additionally, Tulpen.nl was already successfully using Signhost for digital signatures. A seamless integration with Signhost was therefore a strict requirement.

The Solution

We developed a custom contract management application tailored to Tulpen.nl’s workflow.

Contracts are generated from smart templates built with reusable content blocks. Products are linked directly to contracts, ensuring accurate and automatic price calculations. Each contract is generated in a branded Tulpen.nl template and sent digitally to the customer or supplier.

Through the integrated Signhost connection, contracts are securely signed online. After signing, all parties automatically receive a copy, and the finalized contract is safely stored within the centralized application.
